Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and dust bags are included inside the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
